OMG a handheld tripod. Not a bad idea, but would be great if it could split into a normal tripod as well

I need a more unique name, so I’m going with the ICEBOX. The oak reminds me of an antique icebox and the cold snap we have been having lately does as well.
Wordpress is a very popular content management system, it is used by thousands of people to create blogs. WordPress (http://www.owrdpress.org) is famous for their 5 minute blog setup process. I decided to try WordPress as a content management system and blog. I not only like the ease of setup in WordPress, but the plethora of themes available. I convinced that it can work as a CMS now that I see after version 2.1 you can create a Homepage that is a static Page (vs a reverse chronological order blog page)
The process went very smoothly, lots of info on how to do this including these: http://www.solostream.com/2007/02/25/lesson-12-download-and-install-wordpress-on-your-server/
I set up the blog on my local Ubuntu server first and then re-did the process on my ISP server (trying 1&1 Business package for the first time, seems fine so far)
Things I noticed
- Search does not search Pages, by default it only searches blog entries. I added and like this plugin by Dan Cameron. http://dancameron.org/wordpress/wordpress-plugins/search-everything-wordpress-plugin/
- It may have been a fluke, but on my first install I had to back out this plugin as it dorked up the admin navigation, once I reinstalled and remembered to use the Options -> Search Everything as soon as I activated the plugin, this problem is no more.
- Finding Themes is easy, but silly me, I actually edited the theme directly before I noticed you could do this through the Admin tools.
- Pages do not have to appear in the Nav bar, you can create a page with a parent page and at least with the themes I am using the page link disappears.
- Remember to set the timezone in the Admin config process, it defaults to the east coast.
